Our audience might follow @Salesforce, but they’re still unclear on what Salesforce does and how it will help grow their business. To close the Salesforce awareness gap, we set out to educate and engage followers with punchy, channel-optimized customer storytelling that highlights Customer 360’s impact.
In collaboration with Instrument, we created a Customer Storytelling on Social Playbook and Toolkit. The Playbook includes channel strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X), narrative guides, design system guidelines, and process outlines to scale production with internal film teams and external agencies. By cutting full-length customer films down to 30 seconds or less, we ensure our stories are engaging, memorable, and actually viewed on social media.
